I wonder if this kind of practice exist anywhere else. First of all it is a typically African culture that is very ancient. That means it must be the real deal, I thought. I was dealing with ten years of addiction. I tried everything and failed. My contact with Ashingne changed my life. Instead of listening to all what I have had from all those therapists, I was taken into my mind. Wow! The problem was with my mind and disfunctioning of my pineal gland that needed to be detoxed. My past and evironment were playing another majo role in making me self destructive. Ashingne approch was so comfortable that the more I focused on it the more I wanted it. It all baloon when I visited my friends after months of practice and there was too much drugs and fun, but I did not feel any urge to dindulge myself. That is when I made up my mind to be a dedicated believer.

Seriously, I am blown away by LORD Mallo's appoach to healing. First of all his simplicity hids his complex inner being. He laughs and giggles like a kid. His love and care is just so out of place. Then the meditation, counseling, medicine walks as if he is floating in the wild. His enchanting stories makes you forget the world behind. That alone takes you by surprise. But that is just the begining of a blissful journy. He has this mastery of meditation that once he engages you it is unforgetable. I went there feeling so stressed and discouraged with life. In just two days I was feeling as if I will dominate the world. When I came back and continue with his guidance everything changed so fast. I am much more focused now on taking in more and removing those things that hold me back from living my life fully.

Are you kidding me! My mentor is a god in human form. He uses his feet as if they are his hands. I am very skeptical of all those gurus so when I saw this course I thought it was one of those hypes out there scaming people for cash, wrong! I sent an email following the link I saw on facebook. When I menioned that I was in San Francisco he told me to visit his practice in Mendocino county. OMG! Not only the hills were beautiful and peaceful he guided me through a meditation session lasting 30 minutes. When it was done I did not know where I was and what had happened to me. I was weak, peaceful and felt like a baby. I never beleived I could feel this way. I was hooked. It has been a facinating journey of my life.

Iwas curious about the word "ASHINGNE", what the hell is that? But mindfulness Meditation is what attracted me, since I have always been curious about meditation so I decided to try.
