Dance & Music

Find your cultural identity through dance

Introduction:

African traditional culture includes music and dance as a part of everyday life. It can be equated to eating and breathing. Dance and music are used in communication, medicine, funerals, magic, entertainment, conducting of energy, and more. Ceremonial dance tells a story, recounts history, conveys emotion, celebrates rites of passage, and helps to unify communities.
